We regularly ask our clients to describe, in 30 words or less, their business and how they will make money. Abiding by our own criteria, this is The Gordian Organization’s raison d’ętre in 17 words:
The Gordian Organization provides business planning, structuring and funding services for start-up, expansion, acquisition, and restructuring needs.
Our clients are both startup companies and established businesses looking to expand. Everything we do for our clients flows from our 17-word mission statement. A more detailed breakdown of the organization's work includes gaining a deep understanding of our client's product or service, current business position, goals, markets, and financial position. Finally, we address their capital needs.
Our business structuring process culminates in a tightly written business plan and rigorously tested financial projections. We will also prepare key personnel for funding presentations, and we will even join in the presentation, if desired. The Gordian Organization has numerous capital contacts, but our clients are not limited to using these resources.
As we challenge our clients to list two of their competitive advantages, we list ours below:
